By examination, the qualification rate of the castings is more than 80%. At the same time, the productive verification was made on the other heat-resistant components. The practice proves that the technological design principle has generally guiding significance on the production of high temperature heat-resisting castings. The conflicts between excellent high temperature properties and low-grade casting technology about Fe_3Al alloy were solved well. So the alloy got application and popularization well.

在测定Fe3Al合金铸造工艺参数的基础上,制定出了相应的铸造工艺设计原则。在生产中,以电炉底板铸件为研究对象,按上述工艺设计原则指导生产,经检验表明,所生产的电炉底板系列产品的成品率达到80%以上。继而,又对其他多种耐热铸件进行了生产验证,实践证明,这一铸造工艺设计原则,对于高温耐热铸件的生产具有普遍的指导意义。从而较好地解决了Fe3Al系列合金优良的高温性能与低劣的铸造工艺性能的矛盾,使这类合金在实际中得到了推广应用。
