In measuring muzzle propellant gas properties, a startat getting smooth exit presure curves is made in the paper. The results are suti-sfactory. The paper has also studied Acoustic Meusurement Method of Tempera-ture.A test was made with 12.7mm gun. This test is first made in our country.

本文采用直接考虑摩擦和热传导的一维普遍流模型,计算了身管武器后效期膛内流空规律,编制了可供工程使用的计算机程序,分析了摩擦和热传导对流空规律的影响。通过对几种计算模型的分析和讨论,建议在进一步的计算中采用一个二维模型。在膛口气流参数测量方面,本文就如何获得光滑的炮口压力曲线做了一些尝试,结果令人满意。本文还研究了声学测温法,并在12.7高机栓上进行了试验,该项试验在我国是第一次进行。

The results show:①for the same gas, if the loading pressure p 0 and ω/M are the same, the initial temperature has few effect on the relative initial velocity v g/c 0 of the projectile and muzzle pressure p g . ②for the same gas, on the condition of the same p 0,v g/c 0 is expressed as the function of ω/M , and rise with ω/M . ③under the same initial temperature, p 0 and projectile mass m , the gas with little molecule weight make the p g/p 0 lees, so as to make the projectile to gain the higher muzzle velocity v g .

利用拉格朗日方法跟踪弹后工质的运动规律,采用VonNeumannRichtmyer差分格式对带有坡膛、有限药室长的一级轻气炮进行了内弹道一维数值模拟,对不同的工质,在初温及相对装药量变化的情况下进行了计算.计算结果表明:(1)对同一种工质,初始装填压力p0和ω/M相同时,初温对弹丸的相对初速vg/c0和炮口压力pg几乎没有影响;(2)对同一种工质,在p0相同时,vg/c0可表示成ω/M的函数,并随ω/M的增大而增大;(3)同一初温下,在p0和弹丸质量m相同时,分子量小的气体可使压力降pg/p0越小,从而使弹丸获得较大的初速vg.

Based on the classical internal ballistics and the principle of artillery shoot, a device was designed for simulating the maximum pressure in bore and the muzzle pressure. The structure and its principle was introdued, and a mathematical model was established. The experimental results were compared with that of the numerical simulation. The results indicate that the device can effectively simulate the in bore and the muzzle pressures. It can be used for measuring the projectiles of different calibre by exchanging different connection body. This can provide an effective method for examing the intensity and reliability of the artillery ammunition parts.

针对炮弹发射过程,设计了一种能够模拟膛内最高压力及炮口压力的发射装置,描述了此装置的结构及其工作原理,建立了工作过程的数学模型,给出了试验与计算机数值计算结果的对比分析.结果表明此装置可以较好地模拟火炮膛内及炮口压力,只需更换不同的连接体,就可用于各种口径弹丸零部件的测试,为大口径炮弹弹底零部件强度、工作可靠性等性能的考核提供了一种有效方法.
