It is known that the fatigue crack propagation rate(da/dN) is decidedby the stress-strain state of the crack tip at that time. According tolinear elastic Paris relation, this paper has suggested the three-point bendspecimen in which, from linear elastic to overall yielding ragions,da/dNis represented by the retation:da/dN=C_1 (OJ)~r. After the J-integral ofthree-point bend specimen has been computed, we obtain the equationsfor high cyele and low cycle fatigue, and they coincide with Paris rel-ation and Coffin-Manson...

由于疲劳裂纹扩展速率(da)/(dN)决定于当时裂纹顶端附近的应力应变状态,本文根据线弹性范围内的Paris关系,提出三点弯曲试样在线弹性至全屈服范围内,(da)/(dN)应服从下述关系:(da)/(dN)=C_1(△J)~r。在计算了三点弯曲试样的丁极分后,我们分别得到高周疲劳和纸周疲劳的表达式,而且它们各与Paris关系和Coff-in-Manson关系相当,15MnTi的实验结果初步证明了这些表达式的正确性。

Effect of H_2S on the fatigue crack propagation rate of 16MnRe three-point bend specimen has been investigated in this paper. Results inclicate: (1) ln the H_2S corrosive environment, 16MnRe is also in agreementwjth these equations suggestecl by reqerences [1] and [2] for highcycle and low cycle fatigue crack propagation rate; (2) Crack propagationrate of 16MnRe high cycle and low cycle fatigue is increased in theH_2S corrosive environment.

本文研究了H_2S对16MnRe三点弯曲试样疲劳裂纹扩展速率的影响,实验结果表明:(1)在H_2S腐蚀环境下,16Mn Re仍符合文献(1)和(2)提出的高周疲劳和低周疲劳裂纹扩展速率表达式;(2)H_2S明显加速了16MnRe高周疲劳和低周疲劳裂纹扩展速率率,

From lower to larger logding regions, three-point bend specimens of 12Mn and 16MnRe steels are investigated as reported in this paper. The results obtained indicate: (1) either 16Mn or 16MnRe is in agreement with these equations ot high cycle and low cycle fatigue crack propagation rate, suggested by reference [1]; (2)resistances of 16Mn steel crack propagation rates for high cycle and low cycle fatigue are increased significantly by rare earth elements.

本文对16Mn和16MnRe钢用三点弯曲试样,从小负荷至大负荷范围内进行了实验,实验结果表明:(1)无论是16Mn或16 MnRe均符合文献所提出的高周疲劳和低周疲劳裂纹扩展速率表达式;(2)在高周疲劳和低周疲劳范围内,稀土元素均明显提高了16Mn钢对疲劳裂纹扩展的抗力。
