本文对通常采用的“恒载荷”测量方案与GLP—1型试验机采用的“恒变形”测量方案作了分析比较。阐述了该试验机载荷测量方案的特点及载荷计算方法。讨论了光学测量装置的设计问题与制造调整中的问题。文中对应力误差因素进行了逐个分析。介绍了动载荷精度的检查方法及结果。讨论了提高试验机应力精度的问题。 GLP—1型高温真空拉压疲劳试验机可作棒材和板材试件的对称与不对称应力拉压疲劳试验。最大交变载荷为±1000公斤,机器动载荷精度在6%范围内;工作频率为100~400/Hz工作温度为800~1300℃;控温精度为0.5%;试件均热带在10mm长度内温差为10℃以内;真空度为5×10~(-5)mmHg。 试验机由主机、高温真空炉和电气控制三大部分组成。图1为试验机全貌。图2为试验机工作示意图。 本文将主要讨论本试验机的载荷测量与应力精度问题。有关本机的其他方面的问题可参阅有关资料[1]。

This article gives the test results of bending, wearing and contact fatigue of the teeth of the modular cast iron (QT60-2, Normalizing) gear. It also shows that normalizing QT60-2 is better than tempering steel 45 in contact endurance and anti-wear on tooth surface. The 290-690 Diesel engine gear teeth can be made from this type of cast iron in place of steel 45 with sufficient strength. A prelimanary analysis of the fatigue pitting on the tooth surface of normalizing QT60-2 gear is also made.

本文介绍了球墨铸铁(QT60—2正火)齿轮的轮齿弯曲、磨损及齿面接触疲劳等方面的试验结果;指出QT60—2(正火)齿轮的齿面接触疲劳强度及耐磨性均较45~#钢(调质)齿翰为好,用QT60—2(正火)代替45~#钢制造的290—690型柴油机齿轮具有足够的强度。最后还对QT60—2(正火)齿轮的齿面疲劳点蚀作了初步分析。

It is convenient for designer to estimate the range of frequency the spring is allowed to operate.

螺旋弹簧多用于动力系统且常易发生疲劳破坏。为了避免弹簧的疲劳破坏,设计者应对弹簧由振动所引起的动力影响加以考虑。 本文对承受反复运动的螺旋弹簧的动态特性进行了分析与试验。直接把均匀杆纵向振动的数学模型用于弹簧的动力分析。给出了力的传递比和动弹簧模量公式,便于设计者估算弹簧所允许的工作频率范围。
