This paper presents a fuzzy fault tree analysis method for the research of the IC engines reliability.In the conventional fault tree analysis method,the probability of the occurrence of the failure event is described as a constant,but in the real life,the failure events of IC engine components are caused not only by some random elements,but also by some fuzzy elements.In the method presented in this paper,the probability of the occurence of the failure event is defined as a fuzzy member.Based on the fuzzy sets theory and fault tree analysis method,this new method overcomes the shortcoming that the conventional fault tree analysis method can not handle with problems concerning both randomness and fuzziness.An example about the internal combustion engine system reliability is given to demonstrate the new method.

提出了一种用于内燃机可靠性研究的模糊故障树分析方法。在常规故障树分析法中,故障事件发生的概率被描述为一确定值,在实际生活中,内燃机零部件发生故障不仅仅是由一些随机不确定性因素造成的,而且还有一些是模糊不确定性因素引起的。在本文提出的方法中故障事件发生的概率被定义为一模糊数。基于模糊集理论和故障树分析方法,模糊故障树分析方法解决了传统故障树分析法不能处理同时存在有随机不确定性和模糊不确定性的故障事件的问题。就该方法在内燃机可靠性分析中的应用给出了实例。

Based on the system of electric power supply for flexible manufacturing systems (FMS), a study has been carried out on the intelligent safety examination, monitoring and maintenance of its running environment. On the basis of the specific feature of the power supply network of an FMS, real time monitoring system of the power supply network and the fault diagnostic expert system for the power equipment have been designed. On the basis of the specific feature of the power supply network of an FMS, real time monitoring system of the power supply network and the fault diagnostic expert system for the power equipment have been designed. This system can diagnose not only definite fault phenomena, but also fuzzy, uncertain fault phenomena as well. Fault diagnostic knowledge base for the power equipment has been founded hierarchy architecture model and the method of fault tree analysis. Feasibility of this system has been proved by computer simulation.

以柔性制造系统 (FMS)的供电系统为主要对象 ,对FMS运行环境的智能安全检测监控与维护进行探索研究 .根据FMS的基本特点 ,设计了供电网实时监控系统及电力设备的故障诊断专家系统 .该系统不仅能够对确定的故障现象进行诊断 ,而且对模糊的非确定性故障也能诊断 .利用层次分类组织模型的思想 ,采用故障树分析的方法 ,建立了电力设备故障诊断知识库 .通过计算机仿真验证了该系统的可用性

Under certain conditions, the occurrence probability of fault event in automated high-rise warehouse usually shows fuzzy and random. Now the fuzzy-sets theory is inducted into the fault tree analysis for automated high-rise warehouse. Fuzzy information collected from the faults occurred in various links of high-rise warehouse is scientifically and quantitatively processed. It could be concluded that this is an efficient fault analysis approach over the conventional one for handling random and fuzzy problems.

基于某些实际情况下系统故障发生概率具有模糊性和不确定性的特点 ,笔者将模糊集理论引入故障树分析并针对自动化立体仓库的故障特征 ,对立体仓库各个环节发生故障时所遇到的各种模糊信息进行了科学的、定量的处理。实例证明 ,该方法是行之有效的 ;它能解决传统故障树分析不能处理同时存在随机不确定性和模糊不确定性的故障事件的问题
