Effects of cadmium on intracellular free Ca(2+) concentration ([Ca(2+)]i) of nerve cell were studied in isolated cerebral cortex cell of rats. The results showed that levels of [Ca(2+)]iin nerve cell decreased by the instantaneous effect of Cd on nerve cell. With the protraction of the treatment time, levels of [Ca(2+)]i in nerve cell increased significantly by Cd (5 ̄ 500μmol/L). This result suggested cadmium overload played a very important role in the impairment of nerve cell caused by cadmium.

以分离神经细胞为研究对象,观察镉对大脑皮质神经细胞内游离钙浓度([Ca(++)]i)的影响,结果表明,镉对神经细胞的瞬间作用,可使细胞内游离钙浓度降低,随作用时间的延长,5~500μmol/L的镉均可使神经细胞内游离钙浓度超负荷。本实验提示在镉对神经细胞功能活动的损害机制中细胞内钙超负荷起着很重要的作用。

Kunming mice were whole body irradiated with different doses of X rays. Changes of cytosolic free calcium concentration in thymocytes were measured using Fura 2AM as fluorescent probe. It was found that [Ca 2+ ] i increased 24 h after WBI with 75~100 mGy X rays. and the increase in [Ca 2+ ] i of thymocytes was fonud to be more marked in the presence of ConA stimulation. The results indicate that low dose radiation can promote signaltransduction of T lymphocytes.

应用Fura2AM荧光探针研究了低剂量X射线照射后24h昆明鼠胸腺细胞游离钙浓度的变化。结果表明:75mGy全身照射后胸腺细胞[Ca2+]i明显高于对照组,而加入次佳浓度的ConA则使[Ca2+]i较单纯照射更明显增高。提示低剂量辐射可促进T淋巴细胞的信号传递。

目的研究X射线全身照射后胸腺细胞游离钙浓度的变化时程,以揭示低剂量辐射免疫增强效应的分子机理。方法应用Fura-2AM荧光探针,采用荧光分光光度法检测了小鼠胸腺细胞内游离钙浓度。结果75mGy全身照射后可使细胞内游离钙浓度增高,24小时达峰值,72小时回降至对照水平。结论低剂量辐射可促进T淋巴细胞信号传递
