Intralymphocytic free calium concentrations were measured in 22 patients with essential hypertension and matched normotensive controls, the changes of intralymphocytic free calcium concentrations in patients were observed before and after nitrandipine therapy for 2 weeks. The results showed that: intralymphocytic free calcium concentrations were much higher in hypertensive patients than in normotensive controls. After nitrendipine therapy,intralymphocytic free calcium concentration and blood pressure were markedly decreased. There was a positive correlation between the decreasing gradients of intralymphocytic free calcium concentration and diastolic blood pressure, and also mean blood pressure, but no significance correlation between the decreasing gradient of the calcium concentration and systolic blood pressure. These results suggested that, intralymphocytic free calcium concentration was increased in essential hypertensive patients. Calcium antagonist nitrendipine probably reduced the vascular smooth muscle tone by means of the decreasing of intracellular free calcium concentration and then lowered the blood pressure.

The results showed that high calcium intake significantly suppressed increase in blood pressure and decreased cytosolic free calcium concentration after it was given to SHRSP-Ca for 6 weeks, while plasma calcium was increased. Abstract Effects of autoantibodies against ADP/ATP carrier in sera of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM) on cytosolic free calcium([Ca ̄(2+)]i) were studied in cultured rat heart cells by using the iluorescent Ca ̄(2+)-indicator Fura-2/AM. It was found that autoantibodies against ADP/ATP carrier enhanced [Ca ̄(2+)]i in a concentration-dependent fashion. Verapamil inhibited the enhancement of [Ca ̄(2+)]i induced by the autoantibodies. The sera without autoantibodies against ADP/ATP carrier did not affect [Ca ̄(2+)]i...

The sera without autoantibodies against ADP/ATP carrier did not affect [Ca ̄(2+)]i .This indicates that the autoantibodies against ADP/ATP carrier may enhanoe [Ca ̄(2+)]i and cause calcium overload. These may contribute to one of the pathogenesis of DCM.

用荧光探针Fura-2/AM观察扩张型心肌病(DCM)患者血清抗ADP/ATP载体抗体对培养大鼠心肌细胞胞浆游离钙浓度([Ca ̄(2+)]i)的影响,结果表明:1:30~120倍稀释度抗血清均显著增加[Ca ̄(2+)]i,先加维拉帕米可抑制该效应。正常人及冠心病患者血清无此作用;DCM患者抗ADP/ATP载体抗体阴性血清亦无此作用。提示:抗ADP/ATP载体抗体引起心肌细胞[Ca ̄(2+)]i增加可能是DCM患者心肌损害的原因之一。
