The myocardial ultrastructures were analyzed by computer image system. 80 male SD rats were randomly divided into endurance running group, deconditioning group and their sedentary controls. The results showed that, after training, there were no significant changes in myocardial [Ca 2+ ]i basal values, but the myocardial [Ca 2+ ]i peak values were significantly increased 11%. The atrial specific granule volume density, surface density and numerical density significantly increased 41%,12% and 5%, respectively; the myocardial mitochodria volume density and mitochodria to myofibrial ratio were significantly increased 61% and 60% respectively; the mitochodria inner membrance and cristea volume density significantly incresed 18%, the myocardial capillary to fiber ratio significantly incresed 78%; the myocardial capillary luminal volume density and surface density significantly increased 28% and 13%, respectively as compared with their controls (P<0.05). After deconditioning, the myocardial [Ca 2+ ]i peak values were significantly decreased 14%; the atrial specific granule volume density decreased 25%; the myocardial mitochodria volume density and mitochodria to myofibrial ratio were significantly decreased 25% and 36%, respectively; the mitochodria inner membrance and cristea volume density singnifcantly decresed 11%, the myocardial capillary to fiber ratio significantly decresed 78%; the myocaridal capillary luminal volume density and surface density significantly decreased 12% and 14%; respectively as compared with the conditioning group (P<0.05),and there were no significant differences with their controls. The results suggested that there was an intracellular calcium homeostasis in athletic haeart and the calcium supplement to myocardial contractile elements was increased while heart contraction. The myocardial ultrastructues prodeuced good adaptation. Those changes were an important mechanism for improved heart contractility, metabolism and self endocrine. And the elevated myocardial [Ca 2+ ]i peak level might be a signal linking between cardiac hormons and exercise induced cardiac hypertrophy. Also, the changes of myocardial [Ca 2+ ]i and myocardial ultrastructues were reversible while deconditioning.

Objective: To study the effect of exercise on the myocardium mitochondria function in rats and its relationship with exercise-induced fatigue. Methods: The effect of 90-minute swimming, exhaustive swimming and 24h post-exhaustive swimming was observed on the mitochondria lipid peroxidation level, antioxidative ability, free calcium content, and PLA 2 activity of myocardium in rats. Results: The lipid peroxidation level, antioxidative ability, free calcium content, and PLA 2 activity showed no significant changes after 90min swimming. The lipid peroxidation level and PLA 2 activity increased significantly after exhaustive swimming ( P <0.01); while a significant decrease was observed in the antioxidative ability and free calcium content. Moreover, the lipid peroxidation level, antioxidant ability, free calcium content and PLA 2 activity recovered after 24 hours. Conclusion: Exhaustive exercise might be one of the important factors inducing the injury of myocardial mitochondria and myocardium.

Cardiac sareoplasmic reticulum calcium-transport proteins play an important role in regulating the cardiac muscle cells to contract and relax and the change of its activity and gene expression have an affinity with sports fatigue and myocardial hypertrophy. This article described the structure, function and mechanism of regulating the calcium concentration of cardiac sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium-transport protein ryanodine receptor(RYR) and calcium-ATPase. The effect of exercise on cardiac sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium-transport proteins and the reason is also discussed. It provides reference to further researching the effect of exercise on it.

心肌细胞肌浆网钙转运蛋白通过调节心肌细胞内游离钙的浓度对心肌细胞的收缩、舒张功能起着决定性的作用。其活性和基因表达的变化与运动性疲劳和心肌肥大的发生密切相关。本文阐述了心肌肌浆网钙转运蛋白Ryanodine受体(RYR)和Ca2+-ATP酶的结构、功能及其调节钙离子浓度的机制,并讨论和分析了运动对其产生的影响及其原因。为进一步研究运动对心肌肌浆网转运蛋白的影响及其机制提供参考。
