The experiment shows that the dry matter can be raised by harvesting seeds with plucking leaves. The different cultivars have its most favorable period for plucking when the protein yield reachs maxium, and also the most favorable period can be determined by means of measuring the rate of yellow leaves and growth of pods and seeds in different time. It is the best way to pluck the leaves from low to high by stages when the low-position leaves begin to turn into yellow. The result also indicates that cultivars with high yield in both seeds and leaves, long term of green leaves are fitter for plucking leaves as forage.

在1986年作了采叶对不同大豆品种的影响试验后,于1988年再次进行了大豆的分期采叶和上、下部位采叶试验。结果:收获籽粒兼采叶饲用能提高干物产量;不同品种各有其蛋白产量最高时的最佳采叶适期,通过观察不同时间采叶的黄叶率和荚粒发育程度可以确定最佳采叶时间;最好的采叶方式为掌握植株下部叶尚青将黄时从下而上的分期分批采叶;粒叶产量高、叶片青叶期长的品种适宜于收获籽粒兼采叶饲用。

In the field experiment,the relationship between the ways of leaf collection and tree growth was studied.As the quantities and frequencies of leaf collection increased,the growth rate of tree height,diameter at breast height,area of the newly emerging leaves decreased.The fact suggests that the quantities and frequencies of leaf collection shouldn't be over 70% and twice a year.

通过对杜仲叶不同采收方式的研究,结果认为,不同采叶方式对杜仲树体及叶生长均有不同程度的影响:采叶量愈大、采叶次数愈多,树木高、径生长量愈小,新生叶叶面积也愈小。但是,50% 采叶量组和70% 采叶量组、1 次采叶组和2 次采叶组差异不显著。所以,从采叶后对杜仲高、径生长量以及叶片生长的影响来看,一次采叶量以50% 左右为宜,一年内采叶次数不宜超过2 次。

本文对幼龄叶用银杏从不同密度、不同采叶方式,综合产叶量和黄酮含量两方面因素,对其药用价值进行了分析评价,结果表明:3 年生幼龄叶用银杏种植密度以 7.5 万株/hm 2 为佳,7.5~11 万株/hm 2 均宜,年2 次采叶包括 1/2 采、全采和 1 次性采叶对照 3 种采叶方式无显著性差异,以 1 次性采叶为宜。
