Shanghai District is far from being self-sufficient in wall-building materials,among which two-thirds of clay bricks are supplied by other regions in recentyears. This paper presents a way to solve this problem by using the local resourceof extra-fine sand (modulus of fineness less than 0.12) with high percentage ofuseful particles setting around Changxing Island in the estuary of Yangtze River(Changjiang) to made lime-sand bricks to meet the vast demand for bricks. Thus,in turning no use sand into treasure, it saves fertile soil for farming. Systematic studies have been made on composition, fineness of particles, usefulsand percentage as well as distribution and reserves of this particular fine sand.Different approaches, such as DFA, SEM and EMP have been adopted to detectthe relationship between the inner hydration effect of product and its physics-mechanic properties, the grading of components and technological parameters.The laboratory tests of the spesimen have found out that its compressive and ben-ding strengthes are greater than 30 MPa and 6 MPa respectively. The mark oflime-sand brick reaches more than 150 in pilot plant test. Finally, this paper gives the optimum ratio of components in making lime-sand brick and its fabrication technological parameters.

上海地区墙体材料供不应求,仅“粘土砖”每年用量的2/3依靠外地供应。本文介绍利用长江口长兴岛周围含泥量偏高、细度特细的粉砂(细度模数小于0.12)资源,制造灰砂砖,既解决供求矛盾,又能变废为宝,不破坏农田。本文系统研究了长江口粉砂的成分、细度、含泥量、资源分布、蕴藏量等。介绍利用x射线衍射分析、差热分析、电子显微分析等手段,探讨了制品内部水化产物与物理力学性能及配比、工艺参数等相关性。在实验室中测得的小试件耐压强度达到30MPa以上,抗折强度>6MPa,在工厂“中试”试验中,灰砂砖标号在150号以上。本文最后提出了生产灰砂砖的最佳配合比及生产工艺参数。

The paper presents a program to manufacture the three compositions "Lime-Sand" brickes and it's physical nature. It's specific capacity gravity has decreased by 5.4% over clay brickes and it's mould is over one handerad and fifty,advantage o(?)er clay brick.Meanwhile,it's solved that many problems of moulded, away from mould,etc.of"Lime-Sand" brick,and the research afford the references of manufacture hollow brick of using the finest sand.The "Lime-Sand" hollow brick,240×115×(60~65)mm, with 15 holes,the specific capacity gravity decreased by 26.5%,is an ideal wall building material for load-bearing, heat preservation, sound insulation, warm insulation,and so on.

本文主要介绍三组分灰砂砖的工艺过程与物理力学性能,其容重比粘土砖降低5.4%,标号在150号以上,优于粘土砖。同时解决了压制空心砖的成型、脱模等关键问题,为生产压制极细砂空心灰砂砖提供了参考资料。 240×115×(60~65)mm、15孔的空心砖标号在100~150号以上,容重比实心灰砂砖降低26.5%,是一种承重、保温、隔热、隔声的理想的墙体材料。

This paper has arrived at the compressive strength, shear strength, modulus of elasticity, poisson′s ratio, moisture content, water absorption and softening factor of lime—sand brick masonry. The field tests of compressive strength of lime—sand brick masonry have carried out its durability and behaviour in moisture.This study would supply a basis information for designer and constructor.

本文通过对灰砂砖及灰砂砖砌体的较系统的试验研究,得出了灰砂砖砌体的抗压强度、抗剪强度、弹性模量、泊桑比系数、含水率、吸水率及软化系数等。并通过灰砂砖建筑抗压强度试验,初步得出了这种砌体的耐久性及其在潮湿环境中的工作性能。本课题为灰砂砖房屋的设计和施工提供了一定的依据。
