Thirty patients with essential hypertension were randomized into 2 groups. Fifteen patients were treated with captopril 37.5-75 mg/d, po and the other 15 patients were treated with nadolol 40-80 mg/d, po, all for 4 wk. Thirty patients with essential hypertension were randomized into 2 groups. These findings suggest that both drugs may act via a direct intrarenal vasodilator mechanism and then maintain the renal circulation. Objective To observe the clinical effect of Phentolamine and Dopamine treating the patients with heart failure caused by cor palmonale. Methods 96 cases of patients with heart failure caused by cor pulmonale were enrolled and randomized into two groups: Group A(n=50 ), the patients accepted Phentolamine and Dopamine based on routine therapy. Group B (n=46), only accepted routine therapy. The improvements of cardiac function were observed. 目的 探讨酚妥拉明与多巴胺在肺心病心力衰竭患者治疗中的效应。方法 筛选符合肺心病心衰的患者 96例 ,随机分为两组。对照组 4 6例 ,仅接受常规治疗 ;治疗组 5 0例 ,在常规治疗基础上联合应用酚妥拉明与多巴胺 ;观察两组心衰改善的情况。结果 治疗组总有效率达 92 % ,对照组 6 9.75 % ,两组比较P <0 .0 5 ;不良反应发生率治疗组为 4 % ,对照组为 15 % ,两组比较 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 酚妥拉明与多巴胺联合用于治疗肺心病、心衰患者可增加心排出量 ,改善心功能 ,抑制高碳酸血症 ,改善肾循环 ,解除支气管平滑肌痉挛 ,不良反应少。
