In this paper, the authors studied the distribution pattern of alkane biomarkers of original and thermo-aimulated samples of Arachriodes Simplicior "Makino" Ohwi. The results showed that alkanes from fern spore are mainly composed of high carbon number hydrocarbons in imature-mature stages and of low carbon number hydrocarbons in high-over mature stages.The C29/C27+C28+C29 steranes ratio of hydrocarbons from fern spore is greater than 0. 5 and the C27/C27+C28+C29 steranes ratio is less than 0. 2. All these indicated sharp terrigenous features.Cuparene was checked up in hydrocarbons from original and 200℃ thermo-simulated samples of fern spore. It was showed that presence of cuparene in sediments and crude oils marks a possible input of spore of herb fern.The presence of hop-17 (21)-ene, fern-8-ene and hop-22 (29)-ene was also characterized for original hydrocarbons. But hop-22(29)-ene was not checked up in thermo-simulated fern spore samples.The experiment results indicated that the hydrocarbon generation of fern spore could be divided into several distinct stages due to the difference of thermal stability of biochenical compositions of spore.

本文研究了长尾复叶耳蕨孢子原生烃类及其热演化试验产烃的烷烃生物标志物分布特征。结果表明蕨类孢子生烃在未成熟-成熟阶段以高碳数烃类为主,在高-过成熟阶段以低碳数烃类为主。花侧柏烯和丰富的C30藿烯、蕨烯是蕨类孢子原生烃及其未成熟阶段生烃的重要特征.蕨类孢子生烃的甾烷C29/C27+C28+C29比值>0.5,C27/C27+C28+C29比值<0.2,显示很强的陆源特征。实验结果还表明,由于孢子生物有机化学成分热稳定性不一致,因而孢子生烃具有阶段性。
