In this paper, the most new system developed for fault diagnosis-the sold state instrument for fault diagnosis is described. The system is advanced at domestic. The fault diagnosing and monitoring is engaged in using the information of the solid state sound by measured machineal equipment inter. Then, an experiment of C620-1 model lathe is given and the result shows the correctness of the system. The percents of correct decission for the system is 98% to 100%. The application and dissemination is worth.

本文介绍我们最新研制的具有国内先进水平的固体声故障诊断系统,该系统利用所测得的机器内部固体声信息进行信号特征分析、系统识别及工况监测。经C620-1型车床实验论证,该系统识别正确率可达到98%至100%,值得推广应用。

The principle of colour TV is abstruse to the students of vocational school and it is hard to repair. In light of the students' poor basic knowledge, this paper discusses four difficult problems in the teaching materials of the Principle and Repair of Colour TV. These problems include how to deal with the phase-alternation line and the quadrature modulation, to detect the fault of no colour in colour TV, to repair the circuit of line scan and to troubleshoot the abnormal sound accompaniment.

小波分析能够将信号划分到不同频段内,而且在时一频两域都具有表征信号局部特征能力。基于小波分析的电机故障振声诊断方法,充分利用小波分析在处理急剧变化的高度不稳定信号时更加有效的优越性,在对电机振声故障暂态信号的多尺度分析基础上,有效的检测出故障及其类型,实现了电机故障的在线诊断,通过仿真结果验证了此方法的有效性。
