本调查采用中学生应激源量表 ,对广西某地区的 36 3名少数民族初中学生进行压力源调查。结果表明少数民族初中学生的主要压力源是学习、家庭环境和社会文化等方面的问题 ,其中 ,家庭经济困难和令人讨厌的社会文化风俗与少数民族中学生的焦虑抑郁情绪密切相关。在心理健康教育中 ,我们应关注少数民族中学生的学习压力 ,还要设法减轻他们的家庭环境和社会文化压力

民族学生是民族的未来 ,其素质如何不但关系到民族经济的发展、社会的稳定 ,而且还关系到国家的荣辱兴衰。心理素质是民族素质的重要组成部分 ,因此 ,本文探讨了民族中学生的心理健康现状 ,分析了民族学生心理障碍的成因并探讨了提高民族学生心理素质的几点对策。
