The cast parameters during casting filling stage,such as the nozzle and vent location,play important roles in die casting.For instance,improper nozzle location results in shrinkage,cold shut or air cavity.Optimized these parameters can reduce such defects.In this paper,some numerical experimental results are obtained by ProCAST firstly,then these experimental data are provided for the multi-layer feed-forward network training,which done by Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm in MATLAB application tool box.The function,between the input and output parameters,can be constructed by neural networks.Finally,the optimal problem may be solved by Genetic Algorithm.The most proper cast parameters are gotten.

在压力铸造生产中,很多时候因为浇铸口、排气口位置及压铸力等控制参数选择不合理导致缩孔、冷隔或者气孔等缺陷。浇铸口和排气口位置等工艺参数经过优化计算后可以大大减少这些缺陷。文章利用铸造充型过程数值仿真软件,通过数值计算获得一些有关控制参数的实验结果;然后将数值实验结果作为样本数据,运用Levenberg-Marquardt算法训练神经网络,建立起输入参数(各个工艺参数)和输出值(充型时间和充型结束时型腔内最高温度与最低温度之差)之间的函数关系;再使用遗传算法对该问题寻优。从而得到最合适的浇铸参数。

Main defects of shell-mold chilled iron Fukang car camshaft at the beginning of mass production are introduced.Applied InteCAST , by simulating the fluid field of mod filling process,the location and cause of gas cavity , inclusions are exposed;by coupling simulation of fluid field and temperature field, the location and cause of the defects such as misrun ,cold shut ,material property are exposed.simulating result shows that the defects of camshaft produced by process optimization are effectively prevented.

介绍了壳型铸造激冷铸铁富康轿车凸轮轴批量生产初期存在的主要问题。采用华铸CAE软件 ,通过对凸轮轴充型过程流动场的模拟 ,揭示了卷气 (气孔 )、夹渣、冲砂的部位与形成原因 ;通过对流动场温度场的耦合计算 ,揭示了铸件产生冷隔浇不足、材质等缺陷的部位与形成原因。模拟结果表明 ,通过工艺优化后生产的凸轮轴有效地防止了铸件气孔、夹渣冲砂、冷隔浇不足、材质等缺陷 ,取得了明显的效果

The simulation of aluminum alloy in low frequency electromagnetic casting was performed by the ANSYS finite element method.In case of the frequency 15 Hz,current 150 A,coils 80,the magnetic flux intensity distribution in inter and outer of the ingot was analyzed,where the experiment was conducted also.The results show that the surface of the ingot is smooth,and its grain size is fine and globular,eliminating surface cold shut and exudations.The reason for the improved quality of the ingot is discussed.

采用ANSYS有限元法对低频电磁铸造铝合金过程进行了数值模拟,分析了频率为15HZ,电流为150A,匝数为80匝时,铸锭边部及内部的磁感应强度分布,并在此条件下进行试验研究。试验结果表明,低频电磁铸造铝合金铸锭表面光洁,消除了铸锭表面的冷隔和表面偏析瘤,内部晶粒细小且为近球形,同时分析了质量改进的原因。
