In the present paper,the study of the photoelastic testing technique is combinedwith the technique of digital image processing so that the collection,processing andanalysis of the photoelastic fringe patterns can be automatically realized.This pointsto a right orientation for the development of modern photo-mechanics and is of highpractical value.The data processing was done on the image processing system WT1 built by theElectronic Department of Shanghai chiao Tung University.The algorithms used inthe present paper are as follows:1.spline function interpolation to find the central curve of isochromatic linesand determine the fringe order in certain sections;2.interactive algorithm and leastsquare method employed to find the centralcurve from isoclinic lines.The typical examples given in the paper show that the method of automaticacquisition and analysis of photoelastic data by using the technique of digital imageprocessing is fairly efficient and practical.The results acquired from this methodare satistactory.The success of this technique provides favourable conditions forfurther automization of stress analysis by means of photoelastic measurement.

本文将光弹试验技术与数字图象处理技术相结合使光弹试验图象能进行数据自动采集、处理和分析。它代表了现代光测力学的一个发展方向,有很高的实用价值。所用的图象处理系统是我校研制的 WT1图象处理系统,所用处理技术主要有:1.对等色线找条纹的中心线,并用样条函数内插法计算指定截面上的条纹级数。2.用人机对话及最小二乘方找等倾线中心线。通过典型例题分析可看出数字图象信息处理技术进行光弹数据采集及处理分析是行之有效的方法,获得结果较为满意。该方法的研究成功为今后光弹性应力分析全自动化创造了条件。

作者根据图象信息处理理论,研制成一个能改变图象大小,实现图象反转,突出病灶边缘,改善图象反差以及对图象灰度进行相对半定量测定的医学图象灰度信息提取装置。该装置可用以提高医学图象的直接判读能力和诊断可靠性。
