Therefere it is considered that in the Si crystals adopted and the heat treatment used in the experiment, the homogeneous nucleation may be the leading form of the oxygen precipitation. According to the comparison between the oxygen infrared absorption spectrums (at 1106 cm~(-1))of specimens annealed at different temperatures for the same time period, it was found that the interstitial oxygen concentration would increase with the rise of the temperature during the low temperature annealing. This can only be illustrated by the homogeneous nucleation theory, and the experimental results may be considered as another evidence to support the theory of homogeneous nucleation accordingly.

A new technology of electroplating graphite powder with metals wasstudied.it has been found that continuous metal coating including Cu,Ni and Co can beavailable on the powder during an intermitten stirring process by the use of a special auxil-iary cathode in conventional electrolytes.The use of plated graphite powders as an additivein microwave absorbing material was proposed to improve the attenuation characteristic byregulating the impedence and forming microwave scattering points in the absorbent.
