分析、比较了Q275钢钩尾销普通热处理工艺与锻热淬火+回火工艺。由于该零件经普通淬火+回火工艺后心部淬不透,力学性能差,能源消耗大。通过实践证明,采用锻热淬火+回火工艺后力学性能明显提高,能源消耗显著减少。故提出对钩尾销采用锻热淬火+回火的热处理工艺。
