Results Compared to gIVS12-6 TT genotype, the TC and CC genotype increased PTC risk, with odds ratios (ORs) of 1.48 (95%CI: 0.99-2.23) and 2.23 (95%CI: 1.06-4.73) respectively, which showed a kind of allelic dose-effect relationship (χ2trend=6.27, P=0.012).
RESULTS There were significant differences between CYP2C9*1 homozygotes and CYP2C9*3 heterozygotes in warfarin maintenance dosage ( P<0.01 ) ,R:S ratios ( P<0.01 ) ,the frequencies of overanticoagulation in warfarin initiation therapy ( P<0.01 ) and the duration of achieving stable dose-effect relation(P<0.01).

Results CS 2 could enhance the emission intensity of chemiluminescence and advance the peak time. On the high-dose effect in the case of ion implantation of silicon
In order to gain insight into the mechanism of the so-called high-dose effect, several experiments were performed with ion implantation of phosphorus into silicon.
It was shown that neither the distinct dose effect nor its long annealing time can be explained unless the radiation-chemical aspect of irradiation is taken into account.
In the newborn only the high-dose (above 3×10-6 mol/l) effect was seen but in rats older than 5 days a mixed low-dose (below 3×10-6 mole/l)/high-dose effect was apparent.
