The results show that the estrous cycle of rats in training group A is suppressed by long-term, heavy load training, that is, gonadotropic steroid and gonadotrophin decreases whereas the items of β-EP in hypothalamus and plasma increases significantly.
Results: It tests the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in both normal group and control group. The positive reaction is mainly distributed in uterus gland epidermis and marrow stromal cells.
