A new corrosion inhibitor for N80 steel in concentrated hydrochloric acid at high temperature,denoted by “7801”,was synthesised from acetophenone, aniline,hexamine and propiolic alcohol.The evaluation of its inhibitive characteristics was carried out by means of corrosion experiments both under ordinary temperature and pressure and under high temperature and pres- sure ( 150℃,150atm ),tests of resistance against H_2S corrosion and hydro- gen embrittlement and long term immersion tests at room temperature.The...

A new corrosion inhibitor for N80 steel in concentrated hydrochloric acid at high temperature,denoted by “7801”,was synthesised from acetophenone, aniline,hexamine and propiolic alcohol.The evaluation of its inhibitive characteristics was carried out by means of corrosion experiments both under ordinary temperature and pressure and under high temperature and pres- sure ( 150℃,150atm ),tests of resistance against H_2S corrosion and hydro- gen embrittlement and long term immersion tests at room temperature.The experimental results indicate that“7801” possesses satisfactory inhibition efficiency.It is proposed as the inhibitor in 28% HCl,which is injected in- to deep oil-and gas-wells (up to 5 kilometers) to remove calcareous pro- ducts by acidification,even without addition of iodide.The condensation re- action and the inhibition mechanism are also discussed.

为了适应我国油气田深井高浓度盐酸或土酸酸化压裂工艺的需要,用苯乙酮、苯胺、六次甲基四胺、丙炔醇等作原料,制成一种高温浓盐酸缓蚀剂—“7801”。在实验室内进行了常温常压、高温高压(150℃及150大气压)腐蚀试验、抗 H_2S 腐蚀和抗氢脆性能试验,以及夏天和冬天室温酸液长期浸泡试验。结果表明“7801”的缓蚀性能较好,可以供5km 深的油、气井在采用28%HCl 溶液酸化时用作缓蚀剂,而不必加碘化物。本文还对合成酮胺醛缩合物的反应及“7801”的缓蚀作用机理进行了初步探讨。

采用腐蚀失重法、交流阻抗法、线性极化及动电位扫描分别测定了碳钢在含Ca2+、HCO-3并饱和以CO2的油气田产出水中的腐蚀速度、传递电阻、点蚀倾向以及电化学参数βa、βc值。实验结果表明,室温(29℃)下,当介质中HCO-3浓度在低于0.1×10-3Mr范围内变化时,或较高温度下(59℃)低于0.02×10-3Mr范围内变化时,碳钢的腐蚀速度均因阴极过程受阻而逐渐下降。然而当其浓度超过此值后,HCO-3离子则会促进碳钢的腐蚀
