An engineering database and management system scheme design of offshore oil exploitation. First the data of scheme design of offshore oil exploitation is analyzed and the dada's concept model is obtained. Then a hierarchy model is constructed to describe the data structures in specialities. And this macroscopical hierarchy model combines with the microcosmic relation model to describe overall data structures. The organization of data and normalization of database are analyzed. The database structures and data in and data out paths are designed. At last by employing advanced object ?oriented programming method and event ?driven method to control program's flow, a database management system is actualized which has a simple structure and easy maintenance. This database provides basis for intelligent scheme design system for offshore oil exploitation.

本文介绍一个面向海洋油气田开发概念设计的工程数据管理系统.首先分析了海洋油气田开发概念设计数据的特点,得到了数据的概念模型.然后提出了描述专业内数据结构的层次模型,并采用宏观层次模型和微观关系模型相结合的方式描述全部数据结构。分析了数据的组织形式和关系数据库的范式,设计了数据库结构和数据的存取路径。最后,应用先进的面向对象程序设计方法,采用事件驱动方式控制程序流程,实现了结构简洁、便于维护的应用数据库管理功能模块。该数据库的建立为进一步开发海洋油气田概念设计智能化系统奠定了基础。

The SH supervisory control (configuration) software package is a set of the software package suited to the natural gas production and transmission stations in China,developed by integrating the advantages of the various prevailing supervisory control softwares in the world at present and according to the practical situation of the oil and gas industry of China.Because,for the SH software package,the configuration mode is adopted to generate the application system,it is not necessary to make the complicated programming according to the site situation,therefore,it has such advantages as low cost and wide adaptability and it can be rapidly spreaded and popularized in all oil and gas fields in China,enabling the management of the production,transmission and gathering stations in whole oil and gas industry to realize standardization.

依据软件工程学思想,采用自顶向下分析方法和逐步求精的分析技术,在对大量海洋工程资料进行了全面、系统分析的基础上,开发研制了IMSOCSOF中国海洋油气田信息管理系统,旨在将计算机这一先进技术应用到海洋工程中来,更好地管理这些宝贵资料,为中国的海洋事业服务。本文主要讨论该系统的数据组织,系统设计及实现技术的多元化等问题。
