In 1983,an experiment was set up to compare the effect of three feeding levels (standard or ad libitum,maintenance or sub-maintenance) and subsequent realimentation on physical,chemical and anatomical changes of Min barrows with. Harbin White in contrast.

The results of correlation analysis showed that, nitrogen enhanced markedly both the carboxylation and the oxygenation of RuBP, catalyzed by Rubisco, nitrogen correlated with Vman (cO2) and Vmax (O2) of Rubisco signifcantly, respetively. Potassium enhanced the oxygenation of RuBP. The correlation coefficient between potassium and Km (O2) of Rubisco was over the level of negative significance, and that between potassium and Vmax (O2) was over the level of positive significance. Yields correlated significantly with specificity factor of Rubisco (P<0. 01).The various effects of nitrogen and potassium on Rubisco kinetics may be one of the biochemical mechanism of the interaction between nitrogen and potassium in photosynthesis and yield of crops.

对生长在高、中、低不同氮、钾营养条件下的菜心(Brassica parachinensis Bailey)叶片中的核酮糖-1,5-二磷酸羧化酶/加氧酶(RubisCO)动力学特性及菜心产量进行了测定。不同营养处理之间,菜心产量差异极为显著,变化范围为0.57~4.38g(干重)/株;RubisCO动力学特性则无显著性差异。相关分析结果表明,氮素营养能显著增强RubisCO的羧化作用和加氧作用,与V_(max)(CO_2)(V_c)、V_(max)(O_2)(V_c)和V_e/K_m(CO_2)(K_c)、V_o/K_m(O_2)(K_o)值三间的相关关系数极显著(P<0.01)。钾素营养则能明显提高RubisCO的加氧作用,与K_o值之间存在极显著的相关,与V_o值间存在极显著的正相关。专一性因子V_cK_o/V_oK_c与菜心产量之间有极显著的直线回归关系。在适宜的氮、钾营养水平下、菜心的产量及RubisCO的专一性因子都最高。

采用4种不同氮钾营养处理研究了花椰菜叶片硝酸盐的还原作用,硝酸还原酶(NR)活性与花球产量的关系。结果表明,以N8K10处理植株生长较好,花球产量与单位叶面积商品生产率最高,N8K5,N16K10和N10K5处理依次降低。在花椰菜生育过程中,以花球形成期间叶片的NR活性较高。花芽分化前期和花球形成末期较低。植株不同叶位叶片的NR活性自下而上逐渐提高。氮钾交互作用明显地影响叶片NR活性和NO3-N含量。增氮显著地提高NR活性,降低NO3-N含量,低氮时增钾提高NR活性,降低NO3-N含量;高氮时增钾则降低NR活性,提高NO3-N含量。
