CRM的出现使企业的外部资源主要是客户资源得以合理利用,从而成为推动企业腾飞的动力。笔者对我国现有药品营销渠道现状进行了分析与评价,并分析了CRM在药品渠道管理中的功能。在此基础上提出我国药品渠道管理中应用CRM的策略,并指出了我国药品营销渠道管理中运用CRM应注意的几个关键问题。
