This paper introduces a process cycle and experimental resulis of (?) tural circulating adsorption system of Lox used in industrial production. The paper primarily deals with the calculating models and the programmes of two-phase pressure drop and heat transfer of Lox in vertical plate-fin channels. The experimental data and the predicted valnes obt(?)incd from the analytical method are found to be coincident, the predictive method is based on step-by-step integration of the equations describing the local pressure drop and heat transfer in narrow rectangular channels, empirical equations for the pressure loss of liquid oxygen in the adsorber, filter and pipe-lines are offered. The technology of Lox natural circulating adsorption can be u. ed in industrial production.

在空分装置中采用板翅式热虹吸蒸发器以替代运转机械——液氧泵,使液氧流经吸附器实现清除乙炔等碳氢化合物有害杂质,它是一项先进的防爆措施。本文介绍一个用于工业生产的液氧自循环吸附的流程及试验结果。文中重点论述液氧在垂直板翅槽道中两相流压力降及传热的计算模型与程序。建立在对窄缝矩形槽道中局部压力降与传热关系式逐步积分基础上的计算结果与试验数据比较已获得较满意结果。试验还提供了液氧在吸附器,过滤器及管路系统中压力损失的经验公式。证明正在完善中的液氧自循吸附技术可推广用于工业生产。

This paper reports briefly our experimental results and theoretical calculations in the course of developing the pressure wave supercharger.In our early stage work, we have made pressure measurements on stationary end walls, dynamic pressure measurements of one point in rotor channel, leakage testing and rotor surface temperature measurements. We completed our self-support experiment (i.e. without external pressure-air reservoir) on C-2 machine in December, 1974. Now we have found a lot of designs of the port openings of the gas and air. For the first time, we initiated a water-cooled design to improve the performance. The preliminary experimental results of the new design were quiet encouraging.We have done our theoretical work on graphical method, numerical solution based on finite-difference equations and numerical calculations on characteristical method. Here we discussed mainly the numerical solution based on finite-difference equations —— one step method and two steps method. Calculating results shown clearly thefront of the interface and the pressure wave as well as the velocity and mass flow distributions at all port opinings. The calculating results and the experimental data have been compared and discussed.

本文介绍大型空分设备采用板翅式热虹吸蒸发器替代循环液氧泵实现主冷中部份液氧自循环吸附的技术。主要介绍液氧自循环吸附的原理、设备、试验结果及节能效果。试验证明在6000及1000米~3/时空分设备上液氧自循环量能达到设计指标,满足工业上主冷防爆的要求。并提出了当计算板翅式通道二相流阻时对LockhartMartinelli 二相流阻计算公式校正的方法。
