This paper begins with a summary of the basic theory on H 'gh Speed Balancing and a brief description of the theory on Computer aided Balancing-Modal Influence Coefficient Method. The CPBC 80 program is also discussed. In the latter part of this paper the accuracy and practicability of the n method has been demonstrated both from the view-point of theoretical calculation and practice, particular emphasis being laid on practical engineering. A detailed description of the test two types of rotors 102 JT and 102 JHP has also been given. Finally, the feasibility of using only two correction planes for a conventional rotor (n≤2) is demonstrated.

本文针对现场遇到的各种柔性转子平衡方法问题,分析其特点和适用范围。在此基础上推荐一种改进的谐分量法,它吸收了共振分离法振型分离较彻底和影响系数法中最小二乘迭代计算考虑较全面等优点,使启动次数少的谐分量法,平衡精度大为提高。文中对判别定速下的同相分量是一阶还是三阶所引起,在不必多启动机组的情况下,提出了简要判别的计算方法。结论性的意见,是在模型转子上经过试验验证的。

针对最小二乘影响系数法在复杂轴系动平衡实践中存在的问题,提出了条件数和校正质量平衡面优化选择方法,同时还探讨了西渥电气公司的平衡面影响贡献数优化选择方法的适用范围,在一定程度上完善了传统的最小二乘计算法。图2表8参5
