本文初步讨论了建筑材料的热运动理论和■房结构的温度■差问题,结合近代工业建筑的结构特点和建筑材料的特性,作者认为:大部工业厂房中可以不考虑温度影响问题,即不必设立温度伸缩缝或采用其他改善措施。本文还根据我国各地区气候的不同,分别考虑了室外构筑物温度缝的距离问题。对少数室内浇灌的钢筋混凝土构筑物的温度影响问题也作了分析。

In this paper,tests and researches of the connecting technique for interface betweennew and old concrete, in repair and reinforement of concrete structures, the technique ofsteel bar planting by bonding and their synthetic application are presented. Generally epoxy coating is used for steel bar to prevent from corrosion in reinforced concrete struc tures and buildings. So far there are no selection standard and evaluation method. This article introduces the salt spray test for section of coating and presents technical and economic analysis on proect with anti-corrosion steel bar. The anti-corrosion steel bar can save a lot of maintenance fee and extend 8- year-life of reinforced concrete struture and building.

钢筋的防腐蚀一般采用环氧类涂料,目前国内尚无此类涂料筛选标准和普遍采用的评价方法,在介绍德国H.W.Reinhardt的盐雾试验方法的同时,对防腐蚀钢筋的工程应用进行了技术经济分析,认为可以使混凝土构筑物的寿命提高8年以上,并可节省巨额维修费用。
