In this work hyperthyroid rats were chosen as model of yin-deficiency type and the cytosol Glucocorticoid Receptor (GCR) and other several indices were determined. The results showed that the maximum combining capacity (Ro) of cytosol GCR in liver cell of hyperthyroid rats with yin-deficiency was decreased (P<0.01), the dissociation constants (Kd) of GCR were not obviously changed (P>0.05), but the Ro of cytosol GCR in liver cell was increased after administration of yin-nourishing and qi-benefiting herbs...

It is indicated that the pathological nature of yin-deficiency syndrome might be related to the decrease of GVR number and yin- nourishing herbs might help in raising the number of cytosol GCR. The results also showed that the adrenocortical secretion of yin-deficiency rats was increased; some yin-nourishing and qi-benefiting herbs could lower the level of T_3 and are effective for hyperthyroid rats.

本研究以甲亢大鼠模拟阴虚证模型,测定其肝胞液糖皮质激素受体(GCR)等。实验结果表明,甲亢类阴虚大鼠肝胞液GCR最大结合容量(R。)较正常对照组减少(P<0.01),而GCR平衡解离常数(Kd)则无明显变化(P>0.05),经养阴益气中药治疗后的甲亢大鼠肝胞液GCR的R。回升,接近正常对照组水平(与阴虚组比P<0.05,与对照组比P>0.05)。提示阴虚证病理实质可能与肝胞液GCR数量减少有关,而养阴药则可以提高肝胞液GCR的数量。该实验结果为进一步研究阴虚证与GCR关系提供了有价值的实验依据。实验结果还表明,甲亢类阴虚大鼠的肾上腺皮质分泌功能亢进;养阴益气中药可降低甲亢大鼠的T_8水平及对该动物模型的多种病理改变有不同程度的纠正作用。

In order to investigate whether the process of central thermoregulation is affected in the state of yin-deficiency and yang-deficiency, an experiment was conducted to observe the thermosensitive neuron (TSN) discharges of preoptic anterior hypothalamus (PO/AH) in yin-deficient and yang-deficient rat patterns with a microelectrode extracellular record- ing method. It was found that there was an increased ratio in cold-sensitive neurons (CSN) of yin-deficient group and in warm-sensitive neurons (WSN) of ying-deficient...

In order to investigate whether the process of central thermoregulation is affected in the state of yin-deficiency and yang-deficiency, an experiment was conducted to observe the thermosensitive neuron (TSN) discharges of preoptic anterior hypothalamus (PO/AH) in yin-deficient and yang-deficient rat patterns with a microelectrode extracellular record- ing method. It was found that there was an increased ratio in cold-sensitive neurons (CSN) of yin-deficient group and in warm-sensitive neurons (WSN) of ying-deficient group respectively, and there was a significant difference of neuron proportion between the two groups and the control group (X~2=18.41, P<0.01). Compared with normal rats, the average discharge frequency and the tolerance of neuron to warm stimuli were lower respectively. These results suggest that the central thermoregulatory function, to some extent, is damaged and the inequilibrium between heat-production and heat-dissipation occurs in yin-deficient and yang-deficient rats.

为了研究阴虚阳虚状态下体温中枢调节过程是否受到影响,本文采用微电极细胞外记录方法观察阴虚和阳虚大鼠模型视前区—下丘脑前部(PO/AH)温度敏感神经元放电变化,发现阴虚大鼠冷敏神经元比例上升,阳虚大鼠热敏神经元比例上升,两者的神经元构成比与对照组相比,差异有显著性(X~2=18.41,P<0.01),阴虚和阳虚组神经元平均放电频率都低于对照组,神经元对热刺激的耐受性也低于对照组。以上结果提示:阴虚和阳虚大鼠体温中枢调节功能有一定程度下降,并伴有产热一散热失衡。
