An important method for making Ca-P bioactive ceramic materials is provi-ded in the resent research.Compared with human bones′ XRD spectrum,theXRD spectrum of the materials has een investigated and the mechanical proper-ties of the materials have been examined.The ffects f compositions andprocessing on the phase structure,microstructure,and strength properties arediscussed.For understanding the biological characteristics of the materials,some biological nd animal tests have been investigated.

In order to evaluate the efficacy of calcium therapy, we replicate the human rickets at rat, and with different biological activity.In order that make these changes expressed by mathematical pattern,the Tadiologic signs were graded and images of bone tissue were measured with stereometry.In dose-effect analysis, there existed multiple correlation among the variables, i.e.the length of bone,the ratio between the length of bone and the diameter of epiphysis, the volume density of epiphyseal catilage cells, the volume density of bone shaft and the serum level of calcium, and all were highly significant statisticallg.In the analysis of stepwise regression,when Plevel=0.05,the partial correlation of the volume density of the bone,the ratio between the length of the bone with the diameter of the epiphysis and the serum level of calecim,was significant statistically(R-square is 0. 7290).

A biologically active probe of plant calmodulin(CaM)has been prepaired with colloidal gold labelled technique,and has made a method to localize extracellular calmodulin binding sites on culture cells of Angella dahurica callus by scanning electron microscopy.The results show that there were different denty gold particles distributing on the surface of the cell wall.It was indicated that there were CaM binding sites on the cell wall.

利用胶体金标记的具有生物活性的钙调素(Calmodulin,CaM),对白芷愈伤组织培养细胞胞外钙调素结合位点进行了扫描电镜定位,发现白芷愈伤组织培养细胞表面有不同密度的金颗粒,证明其细胞表面存在着CaM结合位点.
