Conclusions Klebsiella pneumonia and escherichia coli which produce ESBLs stains were highly separated in clinical test. They have high drug-resistance to many antibiotics. We should strengthen the testing and prevention of ESBLs.
METHODS: CBRH7919 cells was infected by the active retrovirus particle excreted by the packaging cell line PT67/tk, and then a high anti-G418 clone named CBRH7919/tk was obtained by G418 screening for 3 wk.
Results Most of Escherichia coil and Klebsiella pneumoniae were from sputum, including 136 strains(48.6%)producing ESBLs,10 strains (3.6%) were plasmid-incode AmpC,and there were 2 strains(1.1%) producing both ESBLs and AmpC.
Results: staphylococci Epidermidis were found in 62 cases(33.3%),with high rate of drug resistance includingβ-lactamases,quinolones and aminoglycosides but vancomycin.
The relationship of the Ma genes with the putative genes involved in Amygdalus sources is discussed with the objective of introducing them into new interspecific rootstocks expressing a complete-spectrum and high-level resistance.
