以最佳条件氨化处理后的玉米秸秆为原料,通过对菌种的诱变筛选、固体培养基的组合实验及发酵工艺条件优化等,确定质量分数为70%氨化秸秆末、20%的麸皮与15%的鲜酒糟配料比,采用黑曲霉(经处理)与面包酵母菌种比质量分数为1∶1,经32℃、28h通气发酵,可使蛋白质含量大幅度提高,并获得较满意的植酸酶、酸性蛋白酶、淀粉糖化酶酶活,具有推广应用价值.

Bcillus Thuringiensis is one of the extensively used biopesticides in agriculture production. The solid fermentation process of B.t NH1 was further studied in order to enhance the yield and its toxic power. The optimun conditions of the solid fermentation of B.t NH1 were determined. Spore number per gram of the B.t NH1 powder goes to 237×1010/g, and the toxic power exceeds 17 000 IU/mg.

苏云金杆菌(BacillusThuringiensis简称B.t)是农业生产中最广泛应用的微生物杀虫农药。为了在降低生产成本、减少废水排放的同时,提高生产菌发酵水平和毒力效价,对本实验室选育的菌株B.tNH 1的固体发酵工艺条件的优化进行了进一步研究,确定了适合于B.tNH 1生长、产生芽孢的最佳条件。研究结果固体发酵水平基本稳定在2 37×1010个/g,粉剂烘干后,测其毒力效价,可以稳定在17000IU/mg以上,,超过国内文献报道固体发酵的最高水平。
