24 porcine hearts were used to investigate the properties of action potentials of the ventricular fibers and the effects of the total alkaloids of Kushen(root of Sophora fravescens Ait) on them. The results recorded with intracellular microelectrodes showed that the properties of the porcine ventricular fibers were similar to those of other mammalian hearts, except dv/dtmax was ower. 24 porcine hearts were used to investigate the properties of action potentials of the ventricular fibers and the effects of the total alkaloids of Kushen(root of Sophora fravescens Ait) on them. The results recorded with intracellular microelectrodes showed that the properties of the porcine ventricular fibers were similar to those of other mammalian hearts, except dv/dtmax was ower. Experiments on drugs showed that after perfusion with the total alkaloids of Kushen, amplitude of the action potential and dv/dtmax were reduced, and duration of the action potential and effective refratory period were prolonged. These effects are similar to that of quinidine. The effective elements of the total alkaloids are in the low melting-point fractions (Matrine or/and Sophocarpine) rather than in the higher ones (Oxymatrine and Sophoranol)

Ses effets pharmacologiques chez les animaux intacts ont été découverts dans notre laboratoire.Le présent article vise à étudier les effets du BA sur le potentiel transmembranaire des cellules myocardiaques ehez les rats in situ, en employant la méthode de microélectrode flottante. Une minute après l'administration intraveineuse de BA (0,005%, 0,5 ml/kg), le rythme sinusal se montre nettement ralenti. La DPA (Durée du Potentiel d'Action) du potentiel transmembranaire se prolonge d'une manière marquée (P<0.05). Lorsque le ventricule est stimulé par un pacing artificiel (400 Hz/min), la DPA se raccourcit (P<0.02). Ce raccourcissement de DPA est supprimé par l'atropine (1,5 mg/kg). Les résultats de notre étude démontrent que le BA, de soi-m(?)me, raccourcit la durée du potentiel d'action, et qu'il est un agoniste des récepteurs M-cholinergiques.

应用浮置式玻璃微电极技术,观察了包公藤甲素(以下简称包甲素)对大白鼠心室肌细胞电活动的作用及分析了受体的作用。实验表明:大白鼠静脉注射0.005%包甲素0.5ml/kg,给药后1分钟窦性心律减慢,心室肌细胞动作电位时程APD_(90)平均值显著延长。在约40赫/分频率对心室肌进行电驱动条件下,给药后1分钟,心室肌细胞APD明显缩短(P<0.02)。APD_(90)缩短可被1.5mg/kg阿托品阻断。结果证明:包甲素能使心室肌细胞时程缩短,且是一个M胆碱受体的激动剂。

After myocardial cells are treated with 5% "Jie Xin Tong", they produce the following changes:The resting membrane potential of the cell remains unchanged on the whole.The amplitude and the maximum depolarization rate of phase O of the action potential descrease. The rate of the repolarization of phase 2 increases but the duration of the action potential shortens. The membrane responsibility and the conductivity decline. The effective refractory period is prolonged markedly.

本文报告了以5%浓度的“解心痛”对心室肌细胞电活动参数的影响。经“解心痛”处理后的心室肌细胞,其静息膜电位基本保持原水平,动作电位振幅、0相最大除极化速率,膜反应性和传导性均下降,2相平台缩短,复极化速率减低,动作电位完全复极化时程缩短,而有效不应期反有延长。对“解心痛”抗心律失常的可能机制进行了讨论。
