In accordance with the constituent properties of natural gas pipeline system,the system can be divided into fundamental constituent units and an unsteady flow equation of gas in the unit is derived.And in comprehensive consideration of their boundary,connecting and initial conditions,through leading in a linearized coefficient the solving process is discussed by use of the Galertkin method.Such a method is of the properties of both analytical solution and numerical solution methods.When the divided pipeline unit is larger,an intuitive approximate analytical solution may be obtained;while the one is smaller,a more accurate numerical solution may be acquired.By contrast with the common analytic method,the method may be suitable for various pipe network structures and owing to the fact that the linearized coefficient may be calculated for various pipeline units and for different time intervals,the accuracy of the solution may be enhanced.Because the selected pipeline unit and time step may be larger or samller and the size of each pipeline unit is different,the flexibility of acquiring solution is raised in comparison to the other numerical solution methods.Based on this,a computer program was made up and the practical simulation analysis was carried out for the local pipe networks in the gas fields of Sichuan,a satisfactory result being obtained.

针对天然气管道系统的组成特点,将系统划分成基本组成单元,建立了气体在单元中不稳定流动方程,并综合考虑它们的边界条件、连接条件和初始条件,通过引入线性化系数,采用迦辽金方法讨论了求解问题。该方法既具有解析解法的特点,又具有数值解法的特点。当所划分的管道单元较大时,可以得到直观的近似解析解;当所划分的管道单元较小时,可以得到更准确的数值解。与常用解析法相比,该方法可适用于各种管网结构,并且由于可以在不同的管道单元和不同时间层上计算线性化系数,从而可以提高解的准确性。与其它数值解法相比,由于管道单元和时间步长的选取可大可小,各管道单元的大小也可以不一样,这就提高了求解的灵活性。以此为基础,编制了计算机程序,对四川气田局部管网进行了实际模拟分析,获得了满意结果。

Natural gas pipe system uses natural gas as flowing content and it is of maintainability,so this system has two states:the normal working state and the breakdown state.This article presents the application of GO approach in the analysis of natural gas pipe realibility and also gives the specific procedure for GO analysis approach and the formula for the GO approach.By using this method,the realibility characteristics for the quantity of the system gas producing,the failure rate can be derived directly from the GO graph.This method also solves the practical problem of the redundant paralleling system realibility parameter calculation and the gas producing quantity calculation for the multi natural pipe joint.This article also provides the example in No 2 gas gathering station and points out the GO approach is feasible in natural gas ,petroleum and chemistry industry.It is a fast and realiable approach.

天然气管道系统以天然气为物流 ,是可维修系统 ,有正常工作和故障停工两个状态。提出应用GO法进行天然气管道系统可靠性分析 ,给出了GO法分析的具体步骤 ,导出了GO操作符的计算公式。应用文中方法 ,系统产气量、故障率等可靠性特征量可以直接由GO图计算 ,并解决了有冗余的并联系统可靠性参数计算和多路天然气汇集时产气量计算的实际问题。给出了 3井集气站系统GO法应用实例 ,结果表明在天然气及石油、化工等同类系统中GO法是切实可行、快捷简便的可靠性分析方法。
