A practical imune-procedure of applying bivalent attenuated vaccines against Duck Plague (DP) and Duck Viral Hepatitis (DVH) precaution DP and DVH in scale duck farms was reported in this peper. The test was determined by assying corresponding antibody titers in serum and immuned ducks resistance to virulent DPV and the filial generations of immuned ducks resistance to virulent DHV. The result indicated that the first immunine time that DP and DPH bivalent attenuate vaccine should be used at the age of 28-30 day-old. The second is at the age of 23-24 weeks (before breeding ducks laying eggs). So the breeding duck was able to resist against virulent DP and the filial generation of immuned ducks resist against virulent DHV within the age of 60 weeks. For duckling at the age of 1-30 day-old. DP and DVH was prevented by amternal antibody, seperation and sterilization ofenvironment.

本文报道了在规模化养鸭中应用鸭瘟鸭病毒性肝炎二联弱毒疫苗防制鸭瘟和鸭病毒性肝炎的适用的免疫程序。试验采用了测定血清中相应抗体液度以及免疫鸭抵抗鸭瘟强毒攻击的能力和免疫鸭的下一代雏鸭抵抗鸭肝炎病毒强毒攻击的能力来进行判定。试验结果表明,种鸭鸭瘟鸭病毒性肝炎的免疫防制,使用鸭瘟鸭病毒性肝炎二联弱毒疫苗首次免疫的适宜时间为28-30日龄,二免时间为产蛋前即23-24周龄.这样在60周龄内可使种鸭不发生鸭瘟和下一代雏鸭不发生鸭病毒性肝炎。对于1-30日龄阶段的小鸭鸭瘟和鸭病毒性肝炎的防制主要是依靠母源抗体和环境的隔离、消毒来实现的。

O51、O59 and O79 have not been reported in China.The drug sensitivity to 33 antibioties were performed for the 113 isolated strains.The results show that these E.coli strains existed wild-ranging drug resistance and multi-resisitance was principal.The most sensitive drug to the E.coli strains were Cephalosporin,Amikacin, Tobramycinn, Aztreonam, Spectinomycin, Netilmicin, Imipenem and Gentamicin ,which frequencency of resistance is under 20% .But the very low sensitive drug were Ampicillin,Tetracycline,Deoxycycline, Nalidixic and Rifampicin,which frequencency of resistance is up to 80%.

1999年以来自四川、重庆等13个不同地区的规模化养鸭场具有典型大肠杆菌病临床症状和病理变化的5-35日龄雏鸭分离出265株大肠杆菌,经对雏鸭的人工感染实验表明有很强的致病性, 应用微量平板凝集试验对其进行血清型鉴定,除了52株未能定型外,共鉴定出213株分离菌的O 抗原血清型,分属于29个血清型,以O76、O78、O92、O93、O149、O142为主要优势血清型,占总分离菌株的41.89%。O51、O59和O79血清型在我国禽类中还未见报道过。对其中113株进行33种抗生素敏感性试验结果表明,存在广泛的耐药性,以多重耐药性为主,最多耐药21种,以13耐、15 耐、11耐、7耐、9耐、12耐为主,共占53.0%。最为敏感的药物是头孢类药物、阿米卡星、妥布霉素、氨曲南、壮观霉素、奈替米星、亚胺配能、庆大霉素等,耐药率在20%以内;而氨苄青霉素、四环素、强力霉素、萘啶酸、利福平等均不敏感,耐药率均在80%以上。
