The paper focuses its attention on the measuring method of specific radiance"ε" of objectives on land at 8--14μm band with low-temperature infrared thermometer combined with man-made background radiation system. It also gives a brief description of this system.

The feasibility and limitations of air-borne mutiple spectra scanning images applied in land-use investigation are approached. The establishment of classification system for land-use,the correlation of images of different bands to different targets, the process of monitoring classification, statis tical evaluation of classifying presision for the study area are discussed respectively.

本文探讨了机载多光谱扫描图象在土地利用调查中应用的可行性及局限性。讨论了研究区内土地利用分类系统的建立、不同波段图象与不同地物目标的相关性、监督分类的进行以及分类精度的统计评价。 本文据研究区内土地利用分类的实际需要,从原有11个波段的图象中,选取两个波段用于土地利用的自动分类,得到了预期的效果。 研究结果表明,机载多光谱扫描图象兼有航空照片和卫星图象的长处,既有较高的分辨率,又可借助于计算机进行数字图象处理,不失为一种进行土地利用调查的有效遥感手段。但往往由于成象平台的稳定性不够,影响了成象质量和调查成果的可靠性,限制了它在土地利用调查中的广泛应用。
