加冰拌和混凝土作为降低混凝土出机口温度的有效措施在水利水电工程混凝土施工中广泛采用。加冰工艺的好坏直接关系到加冰拌和混凝土的预冷效果,越来越受到人们的重视。三峡一期工程混凝土预冷系统中,采用了三种不同的加冰工艺,实际运行情况表明,三种加冰工艺均可满足生产要求。

There is no precooling and pipe cooling in the construction of RCC dams at present and the construction process is stopped in the time of high temperature. It is suggested in this paper to use precooling of concrete by taking advantage of casting inclined lifts of RCC, then the construction process may be continued in summer, and the time for construction of the RCC dam may be shortened a great deal.

碾压混凝土的抗裂能力略低于常态混凝土,坝体通常不设置纵缝,浇筑块较长,因此碾压混凝土重力坝的基础允许温差低于常态混凝土重力坝. 目前碾压混凝土一般不埋设冷却水管,也不进行预冷,因而高温季节只好停工. 本文提出,利用斜层铺筑法,可以在碾压混凝土施工中实现混凝土预冷,必要时辅以水管冷却,有可能实现全年浇筑碾压混凝土,使筑坝工期大为缩短.

In the optimal design, the original method of cooling of concrete with ice and cold water is replaced by the method of two times wind cooling of aggregate combined with water cooling. The analysis of the measured results and design parameters shows that, by use of the present method, all the indexes of the pre cooled concrete can meet the design requirement, that the strength of the pre cooled concrete reaches the design value, and that the cooling rate of concrete by the new method is greatly improved, resulting...

The analysis of the measured results and design parameters shows that, by use of the present method, all the indexes of the pre cooled concrete can meet the design requirement, that the strength of the pre cooled concrete reaches the design value, and that the cooling rate of concrete by the new method is greatly improved, resulting in the slow rise of concrete temperature during the process of concrete transportation and pouring. Practice indicates that the optimal scheme is low in investment, high in operational capacity, and convenient in management.

对黄河沙坡头水利枢纽工程混凝土预冷系统进行优化设计.采用"骨料的两次风冷+加冷水拌和"方案替代原来的"加冰+加冷水拌和"方案.实测结果与设计参数分析表明,"骨料两次风冷+加冷水拌和"方案混凝土预冷系统的各项指标均达到了设计要求,预冷混凝土生产模拟强度亦达到了设计指标,且风冷骨料可使骨料冷透率大大提高,从而使混凝土在运输、浇筑过程中温度回升较慢.实际运行表明,本文优化方案的一次性投资小,运行调节能力强,便于运行管理.
