此文根据1999年北京UIA大会学术主题“21世纪的建筑学”,对其四个分题“建筑与环境”、“建筑与文化”、“建筑与科技”、“建筑与城市”的内容,提出12点需要侧重解决的理论与实践问题;同时提出了这12点和合关系的内容,阐述了建筑与城市发展的和合观。

This paper demonstrates the background of the ecology architecture's emerging and developing and its rich intension, form the view of contemporary ecology. In addition, it also interprets its practical meaning form the architecture field,the architecture technology and the architecture consumption. It concludes the following ecology character of the Hakka's local style dwelling house such as “people is the basis”、 “heaven and man is the one ”、“iersatile function and use” etc.
