A static and dynamic-based evaluation procedure of load-carrying capacity for existing prestressed concrete girder bridges is proposed.The procedure includes field ambient vibration testing and vehicle-load static testing,finite element(FE) modeling,parameter calibration of FE model,and numerical simulation analysis of vehicle loading,etc.Based on this procedure,the load-carrying capacity of a 9-span prestressed concrete continuous box-girder bridge,namely Shenzhen Songgang Overhead Bridge in the No.107 line of national highway,was conducted.The analytical results from the FE model agree well with that of the actual vehicle loading.It is demonstrated that the sided-spans of the bridge can satisfy the design requirements,but the load-carrying capacity of the middle spans are not sufficient to resist the design load.The bridge needs to be strengthened as soon as possible.

建立了基于静动力测试的既有预应力混凝土梁桥的承载力评估方法.该方法主要包括实桥环境振动实验和汽车荷载静载试验、桥梁有限元建模、有限元模型参数修正、模拟汽车荷载的数值加载分析等步骤.利用该方法评估了107国道深圳松岗高架桥九跨预应力连续箱梁桥的承载力,结果表明:该桥边跨满足设计荷载的使用要求,但中跨的承载力严重不足,需要对桥梁结构进行加固.

Based on this procedure, the load-carrying capacity of a reinforced concrete box-section arch bridge, namely Dongguan Bridge in the provincial highway which connect Sanming and Jiaowei, in Fujian Province, was conducted. The analytical results from the FE model agree well with that of the actual vehicle loading. It is demonstrated that the bridge can satisfy the design requirements, and over-loading calculation reveals that the bridge can support the over-loadings,which correspond to the truck-20,or trailer- 120,and first grade loading of roadway.

本文建立了基于静动力测试的既有钢筋混凝土箱拱桥承载力评估方法,该方法主要包括实桥环境振动实验、桥梁有限元建模及模型参数修正、汽车荷载试验以及模拟汽车荷载的数值加载分析等步骤。利用该方法评估了福建省省道三郊线永春境内东关大桥的承载力,结果表明:该桥满足设计汽-20,挂-100荷载等级的使用要求,并且具备通行汽超-20,挂-120 荷载和公路Ⅰ级荷载的要求。
