在CIMS环境下,针对箱体零件CAD、CAPP、CAM信息集成的功能需求,在基于加工特征的箱体零件信息模型、工艺计划模型与服务于工艺设计的制造环境模型的支持下,开发出了特征造型、工艺设计及加工过程仿真与NC编程等子系统,从而完成了一个集成化的箱体零件CAD/CAPP/CAM系统。

A method for case -part modeling based -on the decomposition of part structure is presented in this paper.Using this method,the mapping between part structure function and geometric feature can be set up,case -part information model is represented and the concurrent design of the part can be realized.

本文基于零件结构功能分解,研究了以功能特征为对象的箱体特征模型定义方法。用该方法建立箱体零件信息模型,实现了箱体结构功能与箱体几何特征之间的映射,并在满足箱体功能要求的前提下实现箱体的并行设计过程
