The effects of heating-rate on thermogravimetric curve and the peaked weight loss rate of coal were discussed. The kinetics parameters of coal pyrolysis were determined according to thermo-analysis data. The effects of heating-rate on the kinetics parameters of coal pyrolysis were discussed. The results show that very important information for not only the process of coal gasification and coal liquefaction and coal carbonization but also a basic understanding of coal structure and reactions involving coal pyrolysis can be obtained through thermogravimetric analysis under different heating rate.

采用非等温热重分析对不同煤化度煤热解进行了试验研究,探讨了升温速度对煤热重曲线和失重速率峰值的影响.由热分析结果确定了煤的热解反应动力学参数,并就升温速度对煤热解动力学的影响进行了探讨.结果表明,通过不同升温速度下的热重实验可以为煤的气化、液化、干馏提供非常重要的信息,并可以为探索煤分子结构,阐述反应机理提供依据.

The pyrolysis characteristics of Dongsheng coal,which is a high-volatile and weakly caking coal,was investigated by thermogravimetry.The effect of heating rate on the pyrolysis process was discussed.The results show that the pyrolysis process of Dongsheng coal could be divided into three obvious stages,of which the temperature of maximum loss rate(Tp) is in the range of 430℃-480℃.The relationship between Tp and Ф could be described in the equation by linear regression:Tp=1.124 4Ф+426.95.The pyrolysis process...

采用热重法考察了升温速率对高挥发分弱黏结性东胜煤热解特性的影响,结果表明:煤热解的3个阶段特征明显,最大失重速率温度(Tp)介于430℃ ̄480℃之间,由回归方程得到Tp和升温速率Ф之间的关系式为:Tp=1.124 4Ф+426.95;并采用非等温热重法对东胜煤的热解动力学参数进行了计算,结果表明其热解动力学参数能很好地反映煤的热解状况,东胜煤的反应级数确定为3。
