Results showed that the detection rate of BNLF 1 fragment by PCR was 53% in 32 cases of NHL, significantly higher than that of RHLN group 27%(P<0.05). 5 cases of T cell lymphoma were all PCR positive. 5 of the 17 PCR positive cases were ISH positive. LMP 1, expression product of BNLF 1 gene, was demonstrated only in two cases of this group of NHL. Our results suggested that EBV infection existed in more than one half cases of this group of NHL and might be significant in the pathogenesis and development of lymphoma.

为研究EB病毒与非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)的关系,采用PCR、原位杂交、LSAB(labelingstreptavidivinbiotin)免疫组化技术,检测32例NHL和33例反应性增生淋巴结中的EBVBNLF1基因片段及其表达产物潜伏膜蛋白(LMP1)。NHL中EBVBNLF1PCR扩增阳性率为53%,明显高于反应性增生淋巴结组27%(P<0.05),其中5例T细胞淋巴瘤全部阳性。17例PCR阳性的NHL中5例原位杂交阳性。LMP1检测仅2例阳性。结果表明本组病例半数以上NHL中有EBV感染,可能与肿瘤的发生发展有一定关系。

Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and immunohistochemical staining method were used to detect the t (14; 18) and the over expression of Bcl-2 protein in 24 and 64 cases of Hodgkin's disease respectively, and PCR also was used to detect the translocation in 10 cases of reactive lymphoid hyperplasia as contrast. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and immunohistochemical staining method were used to detect the t (14; 18) and the over expression of Bcl-2 protein in 24 and 64 cases of Hodgkin's disease respectively, and PCR also was used to detect the translocation in 10 cases of reactive lymphoid hyperplasia as contrast. The results showed that t(14; 18) was present in 30% of Hodgkin's disease and that this translocation was also present in two cases of the reactive lymphoid hyperplasia. It is concluded that the expression of Bcl-2 protein is not specific for the t(14;18) chromosomal translocation, and suggested that the t (14; 18) translocation also occur in non-malignant tissue and not, on its own, lead to malignancy.

利用PCR技术检测了24例何杰金病例中的t(14;18),又利用免疫组织化学方法检测了64例何杰金病例中Bcl-2蛋白的表达,并利用上述两种方法对10例反应性增生淋巴结进行了对照检测,结果30%何杰金病例为t(14;18)阳性,同时在2例有明显滤泡增生的反应性增生淋巴结中也检出了这种易位。因此不能确定何杰金病例中的t(14;18)是否来源于肿瘤细胞。此外发现在仅使用mbr引物的条件下,t(14;18)与Bcl-2蛋白高表达之间并无相互对应的关系。
