Amplitude and phase angle of current flowing in a time dependent power load are variant. In application to such load, a new nomenclature equivalent power factor is defined and discussed in this paper. It is proved that the new index is more reasonable and valuable than conventional one (average power factor) because the former can reflect the influence of load quality on both power loss in feeder and voltage fluctuation across the load, and the latter cannot.

The software use MCS51singlechip computer assembler as programming language to expedite the functions such as counting and displaying electric energy, managing the stealing power supply and recording the date and number of stealing.

为实现电能的科学计量,以防窃电,在对常见窃电方式进行分析的基础上,设计了新型单相全电子式防窃电电能表,适合我国电网发展的实际情况,有较广阔的应用前景。电能表硬件部分使用AD7751作为测量芯片,采用MCS-51单片机89C51作为控制和数据处理芯片,并配置了适当的接口电路。软件程序采用51单片机汇编语言编写,完成电能的计算与显示、窃电情况的处理以及窃电日期时间和次数的记录等。
