In the catalytical cracking processes, solid acid-catalysts are applied, densephase fluidized bed processes are adopted and heavy-oil distilates are used as raw materials. It discusses on the exploitation and application of the reduced pressure slags oil from Northern Shenyang.

催化裂解工艺是北京石科院在催化裂化基础上发展、建立起来的新工艺技术。它应用固体酸性催化剂,采用密相流化床工艺,以较重的馏份油为原料(石蜡基原料油对该工艺特别适宜)。本文仅根据目前已经公布的催化裂解试验的有限数据及沈北减压渣油的品性,对沈北减压渣油的开发利用途径进行探讨。笔者认为,催化裂解工艺的成功,将给石油化学工业带来一次重大变革。

Methyl vinyl ether (MVE) is an important intermediate and monomer. During the study, MVE was prepared by splitting dimethylacetal (CH3CH(OCH3)2) in the gaseous phase. The reaction proceeded in a continuous tubular reactor packed with solid acid catalyst. The solid acid catalyst containing calcium phosphate was prepared. Results show that the catalysts have high activity and selectivity. Under the reaction conditions of 320℃ and space velocity 400h-1, the conversation is about 95% and the selectivity is over...

The reaction proceeded in a continuous tubular reactor packed with solid acid catalyst. The solid acid catalyst containing calcium phosphate was prepared. Results show that the catalysts have high activity and selectivity. Under the reaction conditions of 320℃ and space velocity 400h-1, the conversation is about 95% and the selectivity is over 98%. The catalyst stability was also examined. The conversion reduced from 98% to 95% after 100 hours?continuous reaction at 350℃. The deactivated catalyst can be regenerated by burning it with air at 500℃.

乙烯基甲醚(MVE)是一种重要的有机合成中间体和高聚物的单体。今研究了通过气相裂解乙醛缩二甲醇(CH3CH(OCH3)2)制备MVE的工艺,反应使用连续式管式反应器,催化剂为含磷酸钙的固体酸性催化剂。实验结果表明,该催化剂具有较高的反应活性和选择性,在反应温度为320℃、空速为400h-1时,反应转化率为95%,反应选择性98%以上。还考察了催化剂稳定性,在350℃条件下连续反应100h,催化剂活性略有降低,而催化剂的失活可以通过通空气灼烧进行再生。
