Objective:To establish an animal model of fat embolism syndrome(FES)at high altitude and investigate the premonitory index of acute lung injury induced by FES Methods:Fourteen dogs were randomly divided into FES group and control group at simulated high altitude WBC and platelet in peripheral blood and polymorphonuclear nertrophil leukocyte(PMN)and alveolar macrophage(AM)in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)were counted by regular means Glutamate -pyruvate transaminase(GPT)value was determined by MCA The level of conjugated dienes(CD)and sialic acid(SA)were detected according to the reference Fibronectin(FN)was detected by signal immunodiffusion Results:After intravenous injection of 1 3ml/kg fat tissue extract(FTE),the dogs in FES group immediately developed respiratory distress,the partial pressure of oxygen in artery(PaO 2)decreased and moist rales in both lung bases could be heard Pathologic studies demonstrated an increased number of inflammatory leukocytes,interstitial fat embolism and alveolar edema All the results indicated that we could establish a good animal model of FES at simulated high altitude with intravenous injection of 1 3ml/kg FTE What's more,we found that(PaO 2/FIO 2)x (pressure of inspired air/air pressure at sea level) was less than 300,WBC and platelet count,PaO 2and FN decreased,but GPT,CD and SA increased Conclusion:Decrease of WBC and platelet count,FN content and PaO 2,increase of GPT,CD and SA and respiratory distress might be the premonitory index of FES at high altitude

目的 :研究高原脂肪栓塞综合征 (FES)模型制作及其急性肺损伤预警指标。方法 :1 4只犬在模拟 40 0 0m高原随机分为FES组与对照组。FES组以 1 3ml/kg同种脂肪液静脉注射。结果 :伤后犬立即呼吸窘迫 ,PaO2 下降 ,双下肺可闻及湿性罗音 ,病理检查见肺内广泛粒细胞浸润、脂肪栓塞、肺泡水种。 (PaO2 /F1 0 2 )× (吸入气体压 /平原空气压 ) <30 0。结论 :以 1 3ml/kg同种脂肪液静脉注射可建立较好的犬高原FES模型。 (PaO2 /F1 0 2 )× (吸入气体压 /平原空气压 ) <30 0 ,对高原FES诊断有一定帮助。伤后早期呼吸窘迫 ,外周血PMN和血小板计数及FN含量下降 ,PaO2 下降 ,GPT、共轭二烯、唾液酸的一过性升高 ,对高原FES的发生有一定预测意义

The state and observation equations of structural dynamic systems in various analysis scales are derived based on wavelet packet analysis.The time-frequency properties of structural dynamic responses in various scales are then investigated together with the transfer properties of system matrix and observation noise.The theoretical analysis results reveal that structural damage alarming using wavelet packet energy spectrum of the structural dynamic responses has preferable damage sensitivity and noise robusticity.According to the characteristics of instantaneous stimulations,the wavelet packet energy spectrum is obtained using the wavelet packet decomposition of the cross-correlation of stimulation and response signals in time domain,based on which the structural damage alarming index is obtained.Through a vibration testing analysis of a reinforced concrete slab subjected to static loading series,the damage status of the slab during different loading phases are determined and compared with the actual deterioration states.

基于小波包分析推导了结构动力系统在不同分析尺度上的状态方程和观测方程,在此基础上研究了结构动力响应在不同分析尺度上的时-频特性以及系统矩阵和测量噪声在各个分析尺度上的递推性。理论分析证明,采用结构动力响应的小波包能量谱进行结构损伤预警具有较好的损伤敏感性和噪声鲁棒性。根据瞬态激励的特性提出对激励和响应的时域互相关序列进行小波包分解得到小波包能量谱,并在此基础上计算结构损伤预警指标。通过一钢筋混凝土板静力承载力的振动试验分析,对板不同受力阶段的损伤状态进行了判别,并与实际损伤程度进行了比较。
