Once we have learnt the law, we can easily make a medium-term fire forecast in order to prevent the forest fire.

本文通过分析控制我国天气系统的各种气团活动规律,来研究我国森林火灾发生的季节性规律。我国东半部地区预防森林火灾的季节是随着变性极地气团与副热带太平洋气团在南北移动中,两气团的交绥位置变换时,影响着我国南方、北方的防火季节和森林火灾的出现频率。因此冷暖气团的交绥位置的移动与各地森林火灾的发生时间紧密相关。森林火灾的规律在春季是由南方向北方逐渐移动,秋季则由北方向南方逐渐移动。掌握了这一规律性,可做好中期火险天气预报,提前做好防火预防工作。以达到预防的目的。

本文根据河北省森林火灾的材料,对森林火灾的规律与特点进行了初步探讨。结果表明,河北省森林火险期长,高火险期集中,火警频繁,森林火灾的火因均为人为火源。因此,在森林防火工作中,采取多种措施,强化火源管理,辅以必要的森林防火设施设备,提高森林火灾的综合控制能力,就可以将森林火灾的损失控制在最低限度以内。

火灾的规律具有双重性:确定性和随机性。只有既研究其确定性又研究其随机性,并进而研究二者的综合才能完整地认识火灾的规律。本文提出火灾双重性规律的学术思想,通过构造室内漏油火灾的确定性和随机性模型,阐明运用火灾双重性规律表述火灾过程的具体方法。文中用微机实施的大量计算表明,该模型能方便地预言:发生室内漏油火灾时,室内设备是否会损坏以及可能被损坏的概率.
