本文报告胰岛细胞脑内移植治疗I型糖尿病共3例,分别经过3个月、4个月、6个月的临床观察,其临床症状明显改善或消失,空腹血糖由移植前平均12.38mmol/L下降至7.77mmol/L;3例患者普通胰岛素用量平均每日62.3~u,移植后第21~30天均完全停用胰岛素,其中1例已持续撤离胰岛素治疗达5个月。观察结果提示:胰岛移植物在患者的脑内成活,并具有良好的内分泌功能。

报告20例恶性脑膜瘤,其中血管母细胞型11例(55%),内皮型6例(30%),纤维型3例(15%)。男性多见,病程短,颅内压增高是最常见的临床特征(85%)。CT 示瘤内多有局灶性低密度,肿瘤穿透硬脑膜、大脑镰或小脑幕侵润生长发生率较高。病理学特点为,局灶性坏死,核分裂、灶性细胞增多,细胞低分化,核异形性,巨细胞、脑侵润。手术多能全切或次全切除,但复发率甚高(64%),易于颅内、外转移再生长,平均复发间隔期3.8年。术后放疗对预防肿瘤早期复发有一定作用。

白细胞介素-1(IL-1)及阿片肽作为神经调质参与了神经细胞兴奋性毒性作用.以大鼠大脑皮层神经细胞为研究对象,探讨了IL-1、阿片肽和c-fos、c-jun表达产物之间的关系.结果表明,IL-1β能诱导大脑皮层神经细胞c-fos、c-junmRNA瞬时短暂表达,15min增高,30min达高峰,c-fosmKNA2h回至基线水平,c-junmRNA8h回至基线水平;联合应用c-fos、c-jun反义寡核苷酸能部分抑制IL-1诱导的大脑皮层神经细胞脑啡肽及β-内啡肽分泌增加,呈一定量效关系,相应意义寡核苷酸无抑制作用.提示IL-1促进大脑皮层神经细胞脑啡肽及β-内啡肽分泌作用部分受Fos和Jun蛋白调控.
