Integrating raster with vector methods of updating the basic land use map based on 3S technology is becoming one of the most important developing direction in 3S application fields; land-use and cover change fields over the world. In this paper, I establish a set of updating the basic land use map technology and flow after I go deep into studying the methods of updating the basic land use map based on 3S technology. It is very important point that I bring forward a method of change information automatic detected founding on map spot cell aiming at difference data and difficult identifying change information problems. And then, I compile the program and practise validating to examine technics flow. Test prove it is keeping ahead, in reason, science and nicety. It has been successful applied in two task of The Ministry of Land and Resources P.R.C and taken some benefit.

在深入研究了基于 3S 技术更新土地利用图件的方法基础上,从实用化的角度出发,建立了一套利用 3S 技术更新土地利用基础图件的技术流程与方法,并针对不同的数据情况和变化信息自动提取难等问题提出了基于土地利用图斑单元的知识库变化信息自动发现方法、多波段遥感影像交叉相关分析变化识别方法及面向对象的遥感影像分类变化检测方法。然后结合实验数据,对整个工艺流程进行了编程实现和试验验证。实验证明,更新方法在国土资源部的课题中得到证实是切实可行,并取得了一定的效益。

The Principal Component Transform has the advantages of decreasing data dimension,compressing and enhancing image in processing multi-band remote sensing image,and it also can be used to process multi-temporal data to automatically detect land using changing information with a good precision.Combining the principle of the Principal Component Transform and various data processing methods,automatic detection of land using changing information can be implemented by different methods.Based on discussing the current methods,the twice Principal Component Transform to automatically detect changing information is put forward in the paper,and it is proved that this method can produce good effect in improving the affect introduced by image noise.

主成分变换法在对多波段遥感影像处理过程中具有降维、压缩、影像增强的作用,也可利用其对多时相数据进行处理以自动发现精度不错的土地利用变化信息。结合主成分变换原理和不同的数据处理过程,可以用不同的方式实现土地利用变化信息的自动发现。在对已有方法进行总结分析的基础上,提出了两次主成分变换法进行变化信息自动监测,经验证,该方法在去除影像噪声对监测结果的影响方面具有很好的效果。

Because image noise, automatic detection method for change information and image segmentation weaken the precision of land use dynamic monitoring, today, onthe basis of automatically detecting change information of land use, change information is extracted interactively by hand, but this method can’t meet the meeds of the efficiency for large regions. The paper selects several methods to dispose two temporal images of remote sensing and to detect change information from the new image, and the results show that the extracted change information from the new image using two image segmentation techniques are seperated into bi-value images. With that, the gray value of bi-value images averaged, the pixels are classified into object, uncertain object and background with the computed threshold, and the uncertain object is classified into object. If the former is near to the latter, then the uncertain object is classified into object or background according to indoor data and validation in field. The monitor result is validated with field data, and the precision of the method is 91.73%. This is 5%~6% higher than that of common methods, for example, the method of aberrant spectrum. The efficiency of the process can meet the requirements of dynamic monitoring in large regions.

由于影像噪声、变化信息自动发现方法、图像分割等因素对土地利用动态监测精度有较大影响,当前的动态监测是在变化信息自动发现的基础上,用手工交互式提取变化信息,但该方法不能满足大区域动态监测所需的效率。作者选择多种方法处理两时相遥感影像,以自动发现变化信息,用两种图像分割技术将变化信息自动分割成二值图像,并对多幅二值图像的像素灰度求平均,利用计算的阈值将像素分为目标、不确定类和背景,将与目标相邻的不确定类归入目标,再根据室内资料和野外验证,将不确定类归入目标或背景。用野外实测数据验证,该方法的精度可达91.73%,比常规监测方法(如光谱特征变异法)的精度高5%~6%,并具有较高的效率,能满足大区域动态监测的需要。
