We consider that learning-based approaches achieve a good balance between quality of extraction and ease of use.
      


Research on the extracting way , processing technique and technological conditions ofextracting natural food pigment from choerospondias axillaris peel were reporteel in the paper.Theresults show that extraction rate with base-water way is the highest.The optimum pH temperature,time of extraction and peel were 13-14 , 80-85℃. over 60 mins. and 5-7 or 3-5(W/W)respectivery. The yield of the pigment paste was 18.4%~21.7%. The pipment paste quality reachesthe demands of the chinese enterprise standards.

本文采用正交实验方法优选了提取南酸枣[choerospondiasaxieearis]果皮色素的方法,并时提取工艺条件也进行了初步探索。实验结果表明,南酸枣果皮色素宜用碱液法浸提,在工艺上采用先酸洗后碱浸提的工艺最佳,其工艺条件是:碱液宜用氨水或氢氧化钠水溶液;控制溶液pH为13~14;加料比为:干原料:浸提液=1:5~7(W/W)或新鲜原料:浸提液=1:3~5(W/W);浸提温度为80~85℃;浸提时间为60min以上,浸提次数为2次,色素浸膏的产率可达18.4%~21.7%,色素的提取率为72.0%~78.6%,色素浸膏的质量达到了国内同类产品企业标准的要求。

Content of omni-phenols extract from dry ginger was determined by UV spectrophotometry in this paper. This method was accurate, rapid , simple, convenient, and could be used for quantitative analysis of extract from dry ginger.

本文采用紫外分光光度法对干姜浸膏中总酚进行了含量测定。其加样回收率为99.77%± 1.2,RSD为1.2%。此法不但简单,快速,而且为干姜浸膏的质量控制也进行了有益探讨。

A study was carried out on the influence of condensate of oriental tobacco extract on chemical components and smoke components and flavor quality of flue cured tobacco leaves during different concentration.The results showed that with the increasing of quality score of oriental tobacco extract condensate,the amount of reducing sugar in tobacco leaves decreased (by 1.49%~13.32%),that of nicotine and K 2O in leaves increased (by 5.00%~15.38% and 3.33%~27.14% respectively),while that of total nitrogen changed...

研究了不同浓度条件下香料烟浸膏对烤烟烟叶化学成分、烟气成分和香吃味质量的影响结果表明,随着香料烟浸膏质量分数的增大,烟叶中各种化学成分表现出不同程度的变化,其中还原糖下降幅度为149 % ~1332 % ,烟碱和钾的增加幅度分别为500 % ~1538 % 和333 % ~2714 % , 而总氮的变化不明显;烟气中总粒相物和焦油下降幅度分别达到862 % ~1301 % 和451 % ~910 % ,而烟气烟碱上升的幅度为094 % ~1226 % 进一步的评吸结果表明,在烤烟烟叶中加入香料烟浸膏后,可使香气质改善,香气量增加,杂气,刺激性减轻,而且当加入浸膏的质量分数增大时,烟气浓度和甜度有所增高,不同处理相比较,浸膏质量分数为70 % 时,烟气的香吃味质量最好
