The system consists of a circle testing line that includes 23 trolleies, and the ProFiBus network that includes 3 layers: device controling layer, concentrate observing and controlling layer, synthesis management layer. The Startup current of air-conditioner, parameters of Cooling mode and Heating mode are tested by S7-200 PLC (CP U224) on the trolleys. 825 workstation is used in the synthesis management layer, S7-300 PLC (CPU315-2DP) is used in the network master station, S7-200 PLC + EM277 is used in the network associate station. The communicating protocol between the network master station and the network associate station is ProFiBus-DP standard protocol, the communication is implemented through the twisted-pair. The communication between the synthesis managing station and the network master station is implemented with microwave mode.

A large district ice thermal storage system using helical rotary screw chiller with double evaporator was introduced. The large district ice thermal storage system with helical rotary screw chiller was described detailedly, including design of system, equipment selection and control scheme. Compared with existed system, this large district ice thermal storage system has difference circulation for refrigeration and ice manufacturing. It uses double circle system so that it can cool water and make ice at the same time and thus avoids time and energy sources consumption in state switch between the refrigeration and ice making modes. Considering large quantity of the equipment and parameters needed to be controlled in the system, Tridium and PLC with strong network function were employed to realize distributed system control.

本文介绍采用双蒸发器螺旋式压缩机大型区域蓄冰制冷系统,结合工程实际对采用双蒸发器螺旋式压缩机的某大型区域蓄冰制冷系统的设计、设备的选型和该系统控制方案进行了详细的介绍。和普通蓄冰制冷系统不同,此系统制冰制冷不采用同一个循环系统,使该系统能同时制冷制冰,避免了普通蓄冰系统制冰和制冷模式切换造成的时间和能源的浪费。针对系统控制设备、测控参数数量多且分散的特点,采用具有强大网络功能的Tridium控制器和现场可编程控制器进行集散管理。

在对燃气机热泵部件进行实验的基础上,建立了燃气机热泵系统能耗计算模型.计算分析了燃气机热泵系统在制冷和供暖季节的不同工况下性能系数与运行能耗,并与电动热泵进行了比较.计算结果表明,燃气机热泵在低温环境下具有较强的节能性,而在高温环境和制冷模式下,燃气机热泵的能耗与电动热泵相当.根据上海地区的气候条件和能源价格,燃气机热泵比电动热泵能节约至少23%的一次能源和11.3%的运行费用.
