By examining the problem from the angle of system control, controloriented state space models for describing the processof information packets transmitted through the network and the routing variables in a multiple traffic and multiple link network have been developed. Based on Lyapunov's stability theory, the nonstationary transient characteristic for the link average utilization function G(·)...
